It's difficult to just be here now. Not dwelling on what's happened or fretting about what's going to happen but to just fully absorb this moment. The reality of life, if I can ever get a grip on it, is that right now is the only thing I'll ever really have. What's past is past and what will be has yet to come. Imagine if we could live our lives fully in the moment, not regretting where we've been or where we may yet go. We'd be better drivers but might miss a few appointments.
